The standard diameter range of applicable workpiece is 550-4000 mm or it is optional for customization. Within this range, the rotation speed of the welding rotator can meet the welding speed requirements of gas shielded welding and submerged arc welding.
Different from the adjustment method of bolt screw welding rotator, the center distance adopts the electric adjustment method, with scale marks, which is convenient for operators to check while adjust the center distance of the rollers to meet the actual diameter of the workpiece.
In terms of lead screw rods, are all covered with high temperature resistant, anti-aging and dust-proof bellows sheath outside each screw rod, so as to ensure the reliability and safety when the workpiece is placed on the welding rotator.
The driving wheel and passive wheel are designed and manufactuered according to the industry standards, and the roller is made of robust steel. All steel rollers can be customized inlaid with stainless steel, polyurethane wheel, or rubber etc. If considering that the welding rotator needs to withstand high welding temperature, it is highly recommended to advocate all steel wheels or stainless steel inlaid wheels.
